This 2013 Cuvée Brut is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes. It is a lively wine with aromas and flavors of fresh apple and ripe pear, with a hint of honey. Pair with a cheese palate, charcuterie, fresh oysters, or crab.
Our 2019 Seven Brothers Chardonnay has an enticing aroma of green apple, and honeysuckle, blended with subtle hints of mint. The palate of this wine is welcoming, beginning with ripe summer melons, bright citrus, and clever notes of kiwi sprinkled about.
Our Pinot Grigio is traditional in style, one you’ll not regret having in your fridge chilled and ready to have with some great cheese, or maybe a light dinner of fish or greens. It’s extracted in color with a caramel like tone, but with the undertones of the inside of a ripe Asian pear. Waiting for you is the distinct aromas of freshly rained on honeysuckle, with light hints of rosemary, all to finish with a grapefruit and lime taste while still retaining it’s delicate style.
This Rosé was made with summer in mind, the first taste of summer is the delightful fragrance of wild strawberries and cool freshly picked cherries. This is an undeniably wonderful wine that’s reminiscent of a nice warm breezy day at the beach!
Our 2020 Sauvignon Blanc offers a fresh aromatic fusion of tropical fruits, the most spirited being the pear apple. Boasting a subtle nectar aura while still showing considerable minerality and persistent acidity.
This 2016 Robledo Chardonnay is sure to hit home for all Chardonnay lovers alike, with hues of yellow straw and bright aromatics of fresh melon, honeysuckle, and peach. The entry is bright and lightly crisp, showing just the slightest and perfect amount of oak. This wine is exceptionally balanced with a silky long finish.
This Sauvignon Blanc has some notes of lemon zest and tropical notes on the nose, in the palate it shows some beautiful notes of guava, pineapple, and peach.
This late harvest Sauvignon Blanc has delicate flavors of Jasmine and honeysuckle with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity and intense notes of honeyed apricot, butterscotch, and hints of saffron spice.
